Very very friendly staff.

This company towed a vehicle to my repair lot and upon leaving, the tow truck driver hit another vehicle on my lot. I have a witness that saw and heard him hit my customer's car. I immediately tried to call company and the driver Tim answered the phone and denied everything. I just asked for his companies insurance information so I could give it to my customer. He told me no. 30 minutes later the driver calls and says he wants to see the damage and comes back to look at it. At this time he tells me and my service manager that ..." Yes, I guess I hit it on the way out" and gives me the insurance info for the company. The next day I get a call from the owner of Reliable Towing and he denies everything. I tell him that I have a witness that saw him hit it and 2 witnesses that heard him say he hit it. The owner still denied everything. They are anything BUT Reliable.....

They came right out and had the U-haul unstuck in just a few minutes.
