The new owners are definitely not Doug and Gina. I am looking else where for a business that values my time and keeps its word. I work an odd work schedule and called the day before to talk to them about getting an oil change done before work (as they are closed when I leave) as I have to be at work at 8:30 am. They assured me they could get me in and out on time, just be there at 7:30am. I show up the next morning at 7:25, and that “assurance” turned into “well, I don’t know, we will try to squeeze you in” and “it’ll it be tight”. Normally I wouldn’t have an issue waiting in line, but the fact I called the day before and spoke to them directly about the issue, to do what they asked, for them to assure me it would be fine and they could get it done, only for them to go back on their word about it speaks for itself. I am looking else where for a business that values my time and keeps its word. I’ve been going here since I was 16, and I’m sad it came to this. It would be different if they said “we’d try” or “it’ll be tough” or even “hey we tell everyone to be here at 7:30, so make sure you get here even earlier then that if you want us to keep our word” It’s not the long wait time that made me write this review, I want to be clear on that, it’s the fact that they went back on something they said they would do that bothers me. The lack of communication about the issue and the lack of customer support. Instead of trying to find a compromise it boiled down to “hey you’ll probably be late for work if you stay here”, which just isn’t professional by any means
