Top notch service! Took my Infiniti truck there for repair. They diagnosed it and repaired it ahead of schedule and below the quoted price. If I could give 10 stars I would. Much better service than a dealer shop that wanted four times as much.

I wish I could give zero stars. I came to this place in crisis, at the recommendation of a family friend for their good service, because I was in town for a funeral and my car was shutting down. I understood that they have appointments and couldn’t get to my car immediately or likely not even in the same day, so I explained my situation to Lisa and asked for an honest assessment of whether she thought they would be able to at least get it diagnosed to see if I was safe to drive back to Nashville, or if it was more likely to be seen sooner if I took it somewhere else. She assured me that that nowhere else would be able to see it faster, and that she thought they could get it diagnosed within the day and would call me with updates. Not only did I receive no calls at any point from them, but she completely neglected to mention both when I asked for an honest time assessment and when I called to check in later that afternoon that they would be CLOSED FOR THE NEXT THREE DAYS. So now I’m stuck in another state, no clothes or toiletries or means of transportation, no one I can call there, I can’t even pick up my keys to ATTEMPT to drive home, much less try another place for service. I can’t believe anyone would treat anyone with such disregard. I was very understanding that my crisis was not their emergency and they couldn’t get to it until the time opened up, but the bare minimum of communication and human decency would be to clarify “if you go with us, you’ll be stuck here for at LEAST four days with no help.” I have work! I have a family to take care of! I would have actually been better off breaking down halfway home and having a friend come collect me. I can’t believe this place was recommended to me, so don’t repeat my mistake. One star is too many.

I took my Armada in for a fluid flush and some cosmetic services and wow, what a great experience. The staff was very polite and they got my vehicle done in one day. If you have a Nissan take it here.
